This pack took 2 weeks to get to us and when it did it was incomplete. It does not have the bladder or the straw with mouthpiece included. Just the backpack. No shipping paper/receipt included -- just a flimsy bag with the backpack in it. It shows it comes complete online? Now I get to pay to return it or drive 45 minutes to my nearest Walmart. Disappointing.
